Ger y Llan, Lledrod, Aberystwyth
Client: Crugiau Development Ltd
This exclusive development is located in the rural village of Lledrod, some
nine miles from Aberystwyth. With an elevated position, all the properties
enjoy magnificent countryside views and the houses have been designed to enjoy
these to the full. The mix of house types which comprise of 2No 3-bedroom
semi-detached, 2No 4-bedroom detached and 1No executive style bungalow, was
intended to provide a good mix of dwellings, catering for a wider range of
housing needs in the surrounding area.

Y Gerddi, Blaenplwyf, Aberystwyth
Client: SAH Developments Ltd
This high density development, comprising of nine semi-detached/terraced dwellings,
is located a mere four miles from Aberystwyth. The decision to maximise the
density was as a result of the access being through a Council housing estate
and also to satisfy the high demand for lower income starter homes. All properties
enjoy countryside views to the rear which has been acknowledged in the design.

Barn Conversion, Pennal, Machynlleth
Client: Aled & Shana Rees
Located on the side of a hillside, overlooking the Dyfi Valley and estuary,
this barn conversion comprises of an existing barn with a small extension
to the side. Given its superior location and proximity to the Snowdonia National
Park, local materials such as Welsh oak beams, Welsh roofing slates and Welsh
cut slate have been utilised throughout the design.
